1. Booking Process and Confirmation

All sessions with Beacon HR On-Demand, including the Free 1 HR Rescue Session and paid Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) consultations, must be booked through our official Booking portal on the site.

Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation email or sms from our system.

Preparation: To maximize the value of your session, we request that any relevant documents (contracts, handbooks, or correspondence) be uploaded or emailed at least 12 hours prior to the call.

2. The 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Rule

We understand that running a small business is unpredictable; however, our consultants dedicate specific time to prepare for your unique HR needs. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule.

More than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment via the link in your confirmation email at no cost. Paid fees can be applied to a future session.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a Late Cancellation Fee equal to 100% of the session cost.

Free Consultations: If a Free 1 HR Rescue Session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the offer of a free session is forfeited, and any subsequent booking will be charged at our standard hourly PAYG rate.

3. No-Show Policy

If a Client fails to attend a scheduled video or phone consultation within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be marked as a "No-Show." No-shows are non-refundable, and the full session fee (or one hour from a Block Booking) will be deducted.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to a session, the meeting will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to ensure our next client is not kept waiting. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for time lost due to late arrival.

5. Beacon HR Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event that Beacon HR On-Demand must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, we will provide as much notice as possible.
