Refund & Service Policy

1. General Policy: No Refunds

At Beacon HR On-Demand, we provide professional HR consultancy, bespoke documentation, and dedicated advisory time. Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, digital products, or memberships once payment has been processed.

2. Consulting & "Rescue" Sessions

When you book a session, you are purchasing a dedicated time slot in our consultant's calendar.

  • Completed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for sessions that have taken place.

  • Late Cancellations: As per our Booking Policy, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged at the full session rate.

  • Service Satisfaction: While we strive for excellence, HR outcomes are subject to various external factors. We do not refund fees based on the outcome of a specific HR case or dispute.

3. The "Beacon Bank" (Block Bookings)

Block bookings are sold at a discounted rate in exchange for a commitment of time.

  • Unused Hours: Once a block of hours is purchased, it is non-refundable.

  • Expiry: Hours must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase (e.g., 6 or 12 months). Any hours remaining after the expiry date are forfeited and will not be refunded.

4. Digital Products & Templates

All digital downloads, including the Contract Packs and HR Toolkits, are deemed "used" the moment they are downloaded or accessed via the Member Portal. Due to the nature of intellectual property, we cannot offer refunds on these items.

5. Monthly Memberships

Memberships are billed on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via your Member Dashboard.

  • Partial Months: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Your access to member benefits will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

6. Our Commitment to You

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel the service provided did not meet the professional standards outlined in our agreement, please contact us within 7 days in the contact section below. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include a credit toward future services at our discretion.
